THE GENERAL DATA

The necessary equipment:

– Device SCANNER-11.
The prevention

Before removal of air from system it is necessary to result pistons of modulators of forward and back wheels in extreme top position. For this purpose it is necessary to give a command by means of device SCANNER-11 (button F5). Operation of reduction of pistons of modulators in a starting position cannot be carried out, if ТECU codes of malfunctions are established. In the presence of flowing КН it is necessary to eliminate at first all defects and to clear memory ТECU from КН, and then to result pistons in a starting position.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To lift and fix properly car redock, to hang out forward driving wheels.
2. To start the Engine, to include transfer to transmissions and to deduce the Engine on frequency of rotation of the shaft, corresponding to speed of movement of the car more than 5 km/h. To allow to work to the engine in such mode not less than 10 with.
3. To check a signalling device condition "ABS". The signalling device should be switched off after approximately 3 with. If the signalling device "ABS" continues to burn more than 3 with, it is necessary to carry out diagnostics of malfunctions by means of device SCANNER-11. If the signalling device "ABS" dies away and remains switched off, to switch off the Engine and to repeat operations 2 and 3 once again.
4. By means of device SCANNER-11 included in a mode of manual testing to give a command to modulators on затормаживание all wheels.
5. To execute operations on removal of air from a brake hydrodrive.
The prevention

It is authorised to use a brake liquid which was stored only in the pure and densely closed container. It is forbidden to apply a brake liquid from open capacities as the liquid гигроскопична and can contain a significant amount of dissolved steams of water. It is not necessary to use a brake liquid of mark DOT 5 (кремнийорганическую).
