It is necessary to disconnect always a negative wire of the storage battery except for cases when pressure is necessary for testing of knots of fuel system. Before a detachment of fuel pipelines or other knots it is necessary to lower pressure of fuel in system to the atmospheric.
At installation and dismantle штуцерных connections of pipelines always to use two wrenches: one – for a nut inhaling, another – for union deduction. The moment of an inhaling carving соедине ний is equal 30 Nanometers.
In system of injection of fuel pipelines and штуцерные connections with round sealing rings are used.
In multidot system of injection of fuel of an atomizer are established in collectors of each cylinder of the engine. Fuel atomizers operates ECU the engine which provides giving of necessary quantity of fuel on all power setting.
The fuel pump with an electric drive is placed in a fuel tank.
The pump supports constant circulation of cold gasoline on feeding and drain pipelines.
For inclusion of the fuel pump serves the relay. At ignition key turn the relay includes the pump in position RUN (Ignition is included) on 1,5 – 2,0 with for fuel giving to atomizers. If during this time ECU the engine does not receive a signal from the ignition distributor, ECU switches off the relay and the fuel pump. At reception ECU of a signal from the relay distributor again includes the pump.
Usually fuel tank takes places from below in a back part of the car.
For an exception of hit of steams of gasoline in atmosphere the tank is equipped by the ventilating pipeline connected to a tank for gathering of steams.
Before carrying out of any works with fuel system it is necessary to execute the following.
1) to Disconnect a negative wire from the storage battery.
2) to Put on goggles.
3) to Pump out fuel the pump or by means of a siphon in safe capacity in the fire relation.
To prevent erroneous refuelling of the car этилированным gasoline, the terminator of diameter of a tip of a refuelling pistol and a reflector are built in a mouth of a jellied branch pipe.
The gauge of level of fuel is established in front on the bottom of a fuel tank. In system fuel moves the pump through the pipeline located from above of a fuel tank, and merges in a tank on the bottom hose.
