PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The oil pallet 125, the oil pump 137, a head of cylinders 29.

2. To lower the piston 160 in the lowest position. To remove a fillet on a cylinder mirror.

3. To uncover 157 bottom heads and loose leaves 158 шатунного the bearing. Preliminary to mark details with a cylinder serial number.

4. A rod 159 with the piston 160. To establish preliminary on шатунные bolts protective plugs. To clear an internal surface of cylinders by means of a fabric moistened in oil.

To establish or attach

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Pistons 160 with rods 159.
To establish the piston in assembly adaptation J-8037 for compression of piston rings and to shift it in the cylinder, slightly tapping on the piston bottom. The arrow on the piston bottom should be directed to a forward part of the engine. To establish rods 159 on necks of a cranked shaft 119.
The prevention
Before assemblage to grease all details.

2. To establish loose leaves 158 шатунных bearings and to fix covers of 157 rods (according to their preliminary marks).
The prevention
Loose leaves, shaft and cover necks should be oiled. To use only new шатунные bolts.

3. To tighten шатунные bolts the moment of 25 Nanometers, then in addition to tighten turn on 30 .
