THE GENERAL DATA

The prevention

It is forbidden to try to dismantle the entrance union as its connection with the distributive pipeline is executed by the one-piece. It can lead to damage of details.

At dismantle from the engine of the distributive fuel pipeline in gathering it is necessary to show care not to damage electric sockets and распылительные tips of atomizers.

It is necessary to protect apertures of pipelines and knots of fuel system from dust and dirt hit. At servicing and repair carrying out it is necessary to muffle apertures stoppers and to close unions caps.


To clear

Before демонтажем it is recommended to clear outside the distributive fuel pipeline by means of a cleaner for the engine in aerosol packing. It is forbidden to immerse the distributive fuel pipeline in liquid solvent.
The prevention

Before a detachment of unions it is necessary to dump pressure of fuel in system and the distributive pipeline.


To remove or disconnect

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. A negative wire of the storage battery.
2. A ventilation hose картера the engine from a camshaft cover.
3. Electric sockets of fuel atomizers (4шт.).
The prevention

At dismantle of pipelines it is necessary to use the second wrench for deduction of unions from rotation. Otherwise damage of the distributive pipeline or sealing rings is possible.

5. The drain pipeline from a regulator of pressure of fuel.
6. Vacuum bars from a pressure regulator.
7. Clips (2 pieces) distributive pipeline.

To disassemble
The prevention

If the atomizer has been removed from the distributive pipeline and left in the inlet pipeline, it is necessary to replace both sealing rings and an atomizer collar.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove and throw out a sealing ring with распылительного an atomizer tip. If the atomizer has been removed from the distributive pipeline, it is necessary to dismantle both sealing rings.
2. Collars of atomizers if necessary.
3. Holders of consolidations and consolidation штуцерных connections of feeding and drain fuel pipelines. For демонжа holders of consolidations to use a small screw-driver. To throw out holders and consolidations.

To collect

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To grease with engine oil new sealing rings and to establish them on atomizers.
2. Collars of atomizers if necessary.
3. New holders of consolidations and consolidation штуцерных connections of feeding and drain fuel pipelines.
4. Запрессовать holders with consolidations.
5. New consolidations (2 pieces) штуцерного connections of the drain fuel pipeline.

To establish or attach

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If atomizers have been dismantled, to insert them on the places into nests of the distributive pipeline.
2. To establish on atomizers collars. The collar should settle down to in parallel electric socket.
3. To insert atomizers in gathering into nests of the distributive pipeline so that collars and electric sockets were outside. To establish an atomizer coaxially with a nest, to enter a collar into gearing with ledges of a nest and then completely to move an atomizer into a nest against the stop.
4. If fuel pipelines have been dismantled, to attach them to the distributive pipeline and a pressure regulator. To tighten unions of feeding and drain fuel pipelines. For deduction from rotation of the case of a regulator of pressure it is necessary to use the second wrench for which are provided лыски on the case. To tighten a nut of the entrance union. For deduction from rotation of the entrance union it is necessary to use the second wrench.
5. The distributive pipeline on a head of cylinders of the engine.
6. Bolts (2 pieces) fastenings the distributor ного the pipeline. To tighten bolts of fastening of the distributive pipeline.
7. Electric sockets of atomizers. To develop atomizers so that wires have not been tense.
8. A ventilation hose картера the engine to a camshaft cover.
9. A vacuum hose to a cover of a regulator of pressure of fuel.
10. A negative wire of the battery.
