PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To release two nuts of 37 fastenings of the top support of a rack.
2. To release bolts of fastening of forward wheels. To take out шплинт 54, to turn away a nut of 55 semiaxes and to remove a washer 53.
3. To lift the car.
4. To bring basic racks under the car.
5. To lower it is a little car so that he leant against racks, but not on the bottom levers.
6. Forward wheels.
The prevention

To track in order that after dismantle of nuts of a semiaxis did not leave internal mobile hinges. It will lead to dismantling of hinges. Probably also damage of hinges. During work in a zone of an arrangement of hinges of semiaxes it is necessary to use the protective covers which are put on on rubber грязезащитные of consolidation of hinges. Otherwise damage of details or consolidations of hinges and an exit of hinges out of operation is possible.


7. Скобу 57 brakes from подшипниковой support. After dismantle it is necessary to fix скобу not to damage brake hoses.

9. A brake disk 52.
10. Nuts of spherical hinges of rotary levers.
The prevention

For dismantle of external spherical hinges of a steering trapeze use stripper КМ-507В.


11. A spring clamp of 1 nut 2.
11а. To raise the back handle of a clamp and to take out it for forward loops.
12. To turn away a nut 2.
13. By means of stripper КМ-507В to take out a finger of the spherical hinge from an arm aperture подшипниковой support.
The prevention

At use of stripper КМ-507В for dismantle of spherical hinges it is not necessary to pay attention to an inscription "This party to a wheel", выштампованную on the adaptation.


14. To disconnect полуось from a nave.
15. To fix полуось.
16. To lower the car to turn on and remove two nuts 37 with washers 38.
17. A telescopic rack 33 in gathering.
The prevention

At dismantle and the further works with springs of racks not to suppose having chopped off or scratches of a covering of coils of springs.

1. To take out a nave 50 of the bearing 48.
2. By means of stripper КМ-161А to remove an internal ring 61 bearings from a nave 50.
The prevention

Before демонтажем the bearing 48 from a support 33 it is necessary to remove spring rings 47 and 49.


3. To take out the bearing 48. The dismantled bearing is not subject to the further use.

1. To remove a protective cover of consolidations of hinges.
2. To insert полуось in шлицевое an aperture of a nave 50. To establish on a shaft of a semiaxis a washer and a new nut. Before assemblage to check up greasing presence in semiaxis hinges. If necessary to add corresponding greasing. Not to tighten a nut 55 before installation of a wheel and car lowering on a floor.

4. A nut 2.
5. The spherical hinge of steering draught on the rotary lever of a rack 33. To tighten a nut of the spherical hinge of steering draught the moment of 60 Nanometers. To fix a nut шплинтом (if it is provided). To tighten a nut of fastening of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever the moment of 70 Nanometers. To establish a spring clamp.
6. A brake disk and the adjusting screw. To tighten the adjusting screw of a brake disk the moment of 4 Nanometers.
7. Скобу a disk brake.
8. A wheel.
9. To raise it is a little car.
10. To remove basic racks.
11. To lower the car.
12. To tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel in a cross order the moment of 90 Nanometers.
13. To tighten a nut of fastening of a semiaxis the moment of 100 Nanometers (preliminary). To use only new корончатую a nut.
14. To release a nut of fastening of a semiaxis and to tighten its moment of 20 Nanometers.
15. To tighten a nut of fastening of a semiaxis on 1/4 turns. If the nut cut does not coincide with an aperture under шплинт in a semiaxis shaft, the additional tightening of a nut is forbidden. In this case it is necessary to release a nut and to repeat all operations at first.
