|8. To check up anchor windings on short circuit on "weight" by means of an ohmmeter (the forward cover thus is not removed). In the presence of short circuit to replace an anchor. To turn away a shaft nut, it is necessary to fix a shaft preliminary.
|9. To check up anchor windings on short circuit and short circuit on "weight". Resistance of windings should be within 1,7–2,3 Ohm. Otherwise it is necessary to replace an anchor.
|10. To turn out the screw and to remove щеткодержатель. To check up a condition of brushes. If brushes are suitable for the further operation, to wipe their pure soft fabric and to insert in щеткодержатель.

Some types of digital ohmmeters are not suitable for check of diodes. In this case it is required to consult from the representative of firm-manufacturer concerning possibility of check of a condition выпрямительного the block.
|13. Consistently to check up three diodes, connecting an ohmmeter to a conclusion of a phase winding and a basis plate. If at change of switching of plugs of an ohmmeter of the indication do not change, it is necessary to replace выпрямительный the block.
|14. At assemblage to tighten a nut the moment of 54-108 Nanometers, having fixed a shaft from rotation.
|15. To establish a new ring in a back cover of the generator.
|16. Запрессовать against the stop and to fix the new bearing in a nest of a back cover.

|20. To fix a pin a new reflective washer.
|21. To establish статор, to weld on conclusions of phase windings of 3 wires выпрямительного the block. It is necessary to avoid a possible overheat of diodes at welding.
|22. To establish and fix pins an external cover.
|23. To establish contact rings, напрессовав external and internal rings on a shaft and соедининив a forward cover with a pulley with an anchor.
