The cooling system is intended for maintenance of temperature of the engine in a working range in any service conditions and at various modes of loading of the engine. When the Engine is not heated-up, the cooling System works with small efficiency, promoting fast achievement of normal working temperature of the engine. The cooling system includes a shirt of cooling of the engine, a radiator, a broad tank, the fan, the thermostat in the case, the pump with a belt drive.

The cooling liquid gets the pump from a radiator and moves in a shirt of cooling of the block, a head of cylinders and the inlet pipeline. Then the liquid again gets to a radiator where it is cooled.

The radiator is connected to the broad tank providing possibility of expansion of a liquid at heating and maintenance of normal level of the cooling liquid in system. Feature of system of cooling of the car is absence of a jellied mouth on a radiator. The cooling system refuels a liquid through a mouth of a broad tank.

On the car the radiator with the horizontal stream, consisting of aluminium tubes and the edges connected to plastic lateral tanks is established.

At the equipment of the car the automatic transmission in left радиаторном a tank establishes the heat exchanger for cooling of oil of transmission.

On a radiator the crane for plum of a cooling liquid from system is established.

The transparent broad tank similar used for liquid of a washer, is connected by a hose to a radiator At warming up of the engine temperature of a cooling liquid it increases also extends. The part of a liquid and a cooling shirt flows from a radiator in a broad tank.

Here the coolings which have got to system air stoppers leave. After deenergizing of the engine the temperature of a cooling liquid decreases also its volume is reduced. The liquid part comes back in a radiator and a cooling shirt. Thus, the broad tank allows to support constantly normal level of a cooling liquid and excludes its losses. For the control of level of a cooling liquid on a wall of a broad tank labels the MOVE and M1N between which there should be a level are put.

The centrifugal pump consists of the case and a shaft with лопастным a wheel and a cogwheel of a belt drive. The pump is established ahead cross-section located engine and resulted in rotation by a gear belt. The pump is not subject to repair and at refusal is replaced in gathering.

The thermostat with wax наполнителем regulates circulation of a cooling liquid on cooling system. The thermostat is established about a target branch pipe of a shirt of cooling of the engine. On the cold engine the thermostat valve blocks a way of a liquid to a radiator, thereby, promoting fast warming up of the engine to normal working temperature. After achievement of normal temperature the thermostat valve opens also a liquid starts to circulate through a radiator. At the closed valve of the thermostat the cooling liquid circulates on a shirt of cooling of the engine and through the heat exchanger of a heater which quickly heats up and provides effective work of system of heating and blowing glasses. After warming up of the engine and opening of the valve of the thermostat liquid circulation through a radiator possessing high ability to disseminate of warmly cooling liquid in air begins. The action of the thermostat shown in regulation of a stream of the cooling liquid through a radiator, allows to support a working range of temperature of the engine in various service conditions of the car. The thermostat is closed at temperature more low 86 With, starts to open at temperature 87 With and is completely open at 102 With.
The prevention

The electric fan can unexpectedly join independently because, the Engine works or not.


Diameter пятилопастного the fan is equal 300 mm. The fan is resulted in rotation by the built in electric motor. The fan works as follows.

1) At the switched off conditioner or at absence on the car of the conditioner of air. At temperature of a cooling liquid above 90 About the fan automatically joins for small speed of rotation on a signal of the temperature gauge of a radiator. High speed of rotation of the fan joins at temperature of a cooling liquid above 105 With by means of the relay of the fan which copes the electronic block (ECU) the engine.

2) At the included conditioner.

Small speed of the fan joins the relay of electromagnetic coupling of the compressor of a central air of air. At inclusion of the compressor the fan constantly works on small speed. High speed of rotation of the fan joins by means of the relay of the fan which copes ECU depending on temperature of a cooling liquid (above 105 ), an operating mode of the conditioner and speed of movement of the car.

The electric gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid (ДТЖ) is connected to input ECU. If signal ДТЖ corresponds to liquid temperature above 105 With, ECU includes the maximum speed of rotation of the fan. At decrease in temperature of a liquid to 102 With ECU switches the fan for small speed.
The prevention

If for servicing or repair carrying out collars have been removed, it is necessary to establish them on the place after the termination of works. In need of replacement of defective collars it is necessary to use the firm products delivered in spare parts.
