1.2. The general instructions on repair
THE GENERAL DATA

At use of a floor jack it is necessary to observe following rules. Put the car on a horizontal platform. Block from possible movings a forward or back wheel. Establish a jack under a basic nest of the Body and lift the car. Substitute under the car safety rigid support. Only after that it is possible to start servicing or repair carrying out.

Before work DISCONNECT "the MASS" WIRE of the storage battery in order to avoid damages of the car and traumas because of short circuit.

Use safety covers for protection of the Body, seats and rugs on a floor from damages and pollution. Do not suppose hit of a brake liquid and a cooling liquid on a car Body as they can damage a paint and varnish covering.

Use only the serviceable tool recommended in the given management.

The reuse шплинтов, linings, sealing rings of round section, манжетных consolidations, lock washers and самоконтрящихся nuts is not supposed. At assemblage of units it is necessary to replace with their new details. Otherwise normal work of units cannot be guaranteed.

For simplification and acceleration of assemblage of units accurately store the disassembled details in separate groups.

Do not confuse various fixing bolts and nuts as they differ on durability and design features depending on an installation site.

Clear details of pollution before their survey or installation.

Details of oil systems also are subject to clearing and a purge the compressed air for removal of all pollution.

Before installation of details grease sliding and rotation surfaces with liquid oil or консистентной greasing.

If necessary for elimination of a leak of oil or operational liquids use hermetic together with sealing linings.

Carefully observe requirements to size of the moment of a tightening of bolts and nuts.

After servicing or repair end spend final check to be convinced of correct performance of all operations and malfunction elimination.
