Adjustment of an initial corner of an advancing of ignition

 


The contactless system of ignition is intended for compulsory ignition compressed in the cylinder of the engine of a working mix. Mix ignition is reached by means of a spark between candle electrodes. High мощностные indicators and good fuel profitability of the engine at simultaneous reduction of quantity of harmful emissions in atmosphere with the fulfilled gases are provided электрон ache system of regulation of a corner of an advancing of ignition (СРОЗ) which operates ся ECU the engine.
To count the ignition moment, ECU should supervise following parametres:

– An angle of rotation of a cranked shaft;
– Frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft;
– Engine loading (разряжение in an inlet collector);
– Atmospheric pressure;
– Temperature of a cooling liquid of the engine;
– Formation of a basic signal of a high voltage. This signal allows ECU to calculate frequency of rotation and angular position of a cranked shaft;
– Formation of a basic signal of a low voltage. The corresponding wire is connected to "weight" in the ignition block. Pressure presence can break normal work of system of ignition. Therefore rupture of this wire can lead to deterioration of performance data СРОЗ and reduction of capacity of the engine;
– Management of the shunt. At achievement of frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft about 400 rpm ECU submits on plug SZ operating pressure 5 In for switching of function of regulation on oпeрежения ignitions from the ignition block on ECU. At short circuit on "weight" or rupture of wire ECU establishes a code of malfunction 42 and transfers function of regulation of a corner of an advancing of ignition to the ignition block. Thus the Engine works with originally установ ленным an advancing of ignition plus a small corner of the advancing put in algorithm of work of the block of ignition.
– Formation of a signal of management by a corner of an advancing of ignition. Through plug D10 and corresponding wire ECU transfers operating impulses to the ignition block. ECU does not define absolute value of a corner of an advancing of ignition. He counts only correction of the rather originally established (base) value of a corner of an advancing of ignition and submits operating signals which are late a little or advance the basic signal received from the block of ignition. For this reason wrong initial installation of the moment of ignition leads to the general displacement of the moments of ignition on all power setting.
Rupture or short circuit on "weight" of alarm wire СРОЗ leads to delivery of a code of malfunction 42 and to switching-off СРОЗ. Thus the advancing corner is established by the block of ignition without participation ECU. At regulation of a corner of an advancing of ignition ECU обрабатыва ет signals of gauges of pressure in an inlet collector (ДАД) and temperatures of a cooling liquid (ДТЖ). The algorithm of work ECU provides:
      • increase in an advancing of ignition at a low voltage of signal ДАД and at low temperature of a cooling liquid;
      • reduction of an advancing of ignition at a high voltage of signal ДАД and at a heat of a cooling liquid. Therefore the detonation, as a rule, arises at a low voltage of signal ДАД or at high electric resistance термистора ДТЖ. Reduction of capacity of the engine can be observed at a high voltage of signal ДАД or at low electric resistance термистора ДТЖ.
