19.5. Work of a central air of air
THE GENERAL DATA

The compressor

The compressor has disconnected ременный a drive from a cranked shaft of the engine. Frictional coupling is built in a compressor pulley with electromagnetic inclusion. When coupling is switched off, the compressor shaft does not rotate. At coupling inclusion on an electromagnet winding passes a current and electromagnetic forces press a conducted disk of coupling to a rotating pulley. The compressor shaft starts to rotate at the same time with a pulley.

At work the compressor compresses steams of a coolant which are brought to it on the pipeline from the evaporator. On an exit from the compressor pressure and temperature of steams increase. For greasing of knots of a friction of the compressor refrigerating oil which arrives in the compressor in a mix with coolant steams serves.

The reduktsionnyj valve

The compressor is supplied редукционным by the valve which carries out protective function. In certain cases pressure upon a compressor exit can reach maximum permissible value. For an exception of damage of system KV редукционный the valve is adjusted on limiting pressure 3140-3623 кПа at use in system of coolant R-12 and 3171-4137 кПа at use of coolant R-134a. If редукционный the valve has worked, it is necessary to eliminate the reasons of excessive increase of pressure (refusal of the switch of a high pressure, refusal of the electric fan, etc.) and if necessary to replace a coolant and refrigerating oil.

The condenser heat exchanger

The condenser heat exchanger is located before a radiator of system of cooling of the engine and intended for fast cooling and condensation compressed by the compressor to a high pressure of steams of a coolant in a liquid. Cooling is provided at the expense of a heat transfer in air washing a coil теплообменни ка with developed оребрением.

Throttle branch pipe


The plastic throttle branch pipe with a throttle aperture and the mesh filter is built in the pipeline bringing a liquid coolant to the heat exchanger of the evaporator. The throttle provides ограниче ние the expense of a liquid coolant and pressure decrease on an input in the evaporator. The throttle branch pipe and a throttle are protected from a contamination by means of the mesh filters located on an input and an exit of a branch pipe. The throttle branch pipe is replaced only in gathering. After an engine stop (at included system KB) the liquid coolant continues some time (before alignment of pressure) a leak through a throttle branch pipe from an elevated pressure zone in a zone of low pressure. The liquid current is accompanied characteristic by a hissing sound which is audible during 30–60 with the ambassador of deenergizing of the engine. It is quite normal.

The evaporator heat exchanger

The evaporator is intended for cooling and reduction of humidity of air arriving in salon of the car. After passage of a liquid coolant through a throttle pressure decreases also a coolant gets to the evaporator heat exchanger. Cooling of air washing developed оребренную a surface of the evaporator, is provided at the expense of a heat transfer from air to a coolant which passes in a gaseous state with heat absorption. At air cooling on cold tubes and evaporator edges simultaneously there is a condensation of steams of water containing in air. At the included conditioner the condensed moisture flows down from the evaporator.

The tight receiver is connected to the target pipeline of the evaporator. In a receiver the gaseous coolant with an impurity of a small amount of liquid fraction of a coolant and drops of refrigerating oil arrives. In the bottom part of a receiver the capacity with an absorber of steams of water which protects system from water hit is located. In the bottom part of an intaking tube the small aperture for mixture of steams of a coolant with refrigerating oil and maintenance of circulation of oil in system is executed. In the top part of the case of a receiver unions for joining of pipelines are located. The similar union can be used for installation of the switch of unloading of the compressor. Switch replacement it is possible to make without a discharge of system the SQ. Receiver to repair is not subject and it is replaced only in gathering.

The heater heat exchanger

The heat exchanger is intended for rise in temperature of air arriving in salon of the car.
